I posted a prototype a short while back and here's the first workable product. It's got everything a beginning player might need, pretty much. As you advance in level and so on, this sheet might become too simple. But coupled with a good set of instructions, this could be a great Pathfinder "quickstart" I think.
I'll post a "spellbook" sheet sometime in the future.
