How to get a functional game going

You know, this thing is far from perfect. There's a lot of things that's wrong with it*, but it's one of the best that I've seen yet.

(*namely, it covers Story Now pretty well, doesn't really address Step on Up except through the lens of "old-school" play and reduces Right to Dream to "GM's story", which isn't the whole picture at all.)

For purposes of figuring out how to make your GMing work (in relation to your players), it does a pretty good job, I'd say.
