The Guts & Glory ashcan copy is now available on [redacted]. The printed version is whatever Lulu is charging for printing and mailing plus 50 cents. The pdf is whatever Lulu is charging for hosting it, plus 50 cents. You're better off printing it yourself from the pdf, really.
If you do buy the pdf (I don't expect you to buy the print), you can rest assured every cent of it will go into publishing better, prettier games eventually. If you care about that.
